Two Secretary signed documents from 1944/45. The first dated 2/23/1944 appoints Harold S. Barrett as Assistant Surgeon in the Reserve of the United States Public Health Service. The second dated 1/6/1945 appoints Barrett to "Passed Assistant Surgeon". Both are in excellent condition and in a protective mylar sleeve.
