Two paint-decorated footstools. Dark green with polychrome star and striping on top. Initials 'W.L.H.' painted on front and back. Blue footstool with red, green yellow and black paint decoration . New England, mid 19th century. Dark Green: H 8-1/2" W 16" D 7-3/4". Blue: H 7-1/2" W 13-1/8" D 6-1/8". Condition: Excellent original condition with minor imperfections.
