Dwight D Eisenhower decree document appointing an ambassador to Uruguay. Ink on paper. Washington D.C. September 26th 1953. Document signed by Eisenhower on BRC, and by the secretary of state on the bottom center. Frame H 26-1/4" 27-1/4". Sight H 18-1/2" W 21-3/4".
