Three early New England painted boxes. The largest with original swag and tassel decoration on a reddish brown background. Circa 1840. H6" L 14" D 9". Blue box with brass tacks and stars, circa 1860. Original blue paint. H 5-3/8" L 12" W 6-1/2". A small early dovetailed slide top box with base molding and rose-head nails. 18th century.H 3-1/8" L5-3/4" D 4-1/2". Original red paint.
