STORAGE FEES WILL BE ASSESSED:Purchased items that have not been picked up from our auction facility within 14 days of the auction will be stored at a rate of $5 per day per lot. IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE A DEALER & HAVE A TAX EXEMPT NUMBER IN ANY STATE: We MUST have a dated, fully executed CT Resale Form completed with your tax exempt information BEFORE we can release your item(s). Due to changing tax laws, we must have this form dated for each transaction and even if you are having your item shipped out of state. CT sales tax of 6.35% will be charged for in person pick up unless buyer holds a valid resale certificate and has submitted a signed CT Sales and Use Tax Form prior to pick up. Sales to out of state buyers that are picked up by the buyer's representative will be charged Connecticut sales tax unless the representative is a licensed commercial shipper and provides a Bill of Lading at pick up. We recommend that potential buyers contact Village Express to receive a shipping estimate prior to bidding.
