Shipping is arranged only after items are paid for and payment clears. If payment is made by check, items will be held 7 days before shipment. If you choose to use the shipper provided through Bidsquare, please email info@newhavenauctions.com so that we can put your items aside for pick up by their carrier. Items can be picked up in person at our facility in Branford, CT Monday through Friday from 9am until 3pm by appointment only. Please call 475-234-5120 at least 24 hours in advance to arrange pick up. CT sales tax of 6.35% will be charged for in person pick up unless buyer holds a valid resale certificate and has submitted a signed CT Sales and Use Tax Form prior to pick up. Sales to out of state buyers that are picked up by the buyer's representative will be charged Connecticut sales tax unless the representative is a licensed commercial shipper and provides a Bill of Lading at pick up. We recommend that potential buyers contact Village Express to receive a shipping estimate prior to bidding. The possible high cost of shipping does not absolve a buyer from following through with a purchase. If in house shipping is available, it will be noted one each individual lot.
