1. The Mechanics of Surgery...By Charles Truax. Chicago, USA. 1899. First Edition. 1024 pp. Small 4to. Profusely illustrated. Full green cloth, only slightly rubbed/soiled. Inner hinges are masking tape reinforced. Very good. 2. Weiss' Catalogue of Surgical Instruments. 1863. Lacks title, and probably some preliminary material. Starts with List of Plates. Probably London (ms prices throughout are in pounds, shillings, and pence). All plates appear to be present, many folding, some with tears and at least one is lacking several portions that have split off. Contents with soiling from much use, and significant ms notes, charts, pricing in the margins and elsewhere. Fully rebound in calf, with raised bands, and gilt info on the spine. 3. Arnold & Sons.
