18th-19th century - over 120 copper and steel engraved plates of surgical tools and anatomical views. French, English, American (19th c). Includes one 18th century paste paper front or back cover to the French engravings. Many are mid-late 18th century. All are in excellent condition, and are housed in two portfolio notebooks, between mylar pages. H 17-3/4" W. 16".
