"The Sacrifice to Cupid". Follower of Jean-Honore Fragonard. French school. 18th century. Depicting Putto attending burning incense and making an offering of wine to a statue of Eros. Unsigned. In an oval gilt wood frame. Oil on canvas. Oval Frame: H 18-3/8" W 22" D 2". Oval Canvas: H 14-5/8" W 18". Condition: Never relined. Inspected under UV light. Very minor re-touching.
