An incomplete copy of 9 Sermons by Andrew Gray printed in Glasgow, 1737. Book is complete through page 120 (part way through Sermon 7). H 5" W 3-1/4" A Serious and Familiar Dialogue concerning....Baptism...Boston. 1803. Probably by Rev. Elisha Williams of Beverly. 43 pp. Complete. Includes wallpaper covers. H 7" W 4-1/2"Cyphering Book of Joseph Nye, December 19th, 1803. A wonderful large woodcut of an English horse race (Escape Running a Heat against Diomede). No place named, but likely New England. Some pages removed at end (which is not unusual). Overall great shape. H 8": W 6-1/2"No. 23. The Copy of a Letter...from Dr. Isaac Watts to Madam Sewall...with several pages of poetry to make 8 pp. Andover: Printed for the New England Tract Society By Flagg and Gould. 1817. Beautiful wallpaper print covers. H 7" W 5" A fragment of Bigland's History of Birds, Fishes,Reptiles and Insects. Philadelphia...1828. Contains only the title page and 7 handcolored plates (5 birds, and 1 each of reptiles, butterflies, and a whale). Original boards from the book are present. All prints are soiled, but would frame nicely. All are H 7-1/4" W 4-1/4".A small book of wild flowers done by Almeda Weaver. ca. 1900. All are dried and pressed examples each mounted to the page with paper strips. Most are in good shape, but some have sufferd some losses. Pages are somewhat brittle. Book is partially disbound but holding. This hand made book is only H 5" W 4". Collection of Laura Adams. New England Auctions does not ship or arrange shipping. 
All shipping is outsourced. All buyers and shippers must come prepared with appropriate packing materials and help for heavy items.  Our staff will not be available to help move heavy items. If payment is made by check, items will be held 7 business days before an item is released for shipping.   
Items can be picked up in person or by a shipper at 14 Business Park Drive - Unit 5, Branford, CT - BY CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact the gallery 24 hours in advance to make an appointment. Pickup can be scheduled for Monday through Friday between 9am - 3pm beginning the Monday after the date of the auction. Please note that all first-time buyers that wish to pick items up in person must pay with cash. 

To help expedite shipping, lots will be released to Village Express after payment has cleared. If you wish to use an alternate shipper, please send an email immediately. You will be required to fill out the NEA shipping release form before the release of your items.

Purchased items that have been paid for but not picked up or shipped from our auction facility within 24 days of the auction will be stored at a rate of $10 per day per lot. Storage fees and late fees must be paid before items are released. There are no exceptions. Items not picked up within 30 days of the auction date will be considered in default and become the property of New England Auctions.
