They will contact you after payment for lots is made and items are released to arrange your shipping. Shipping is arranged only after items are paid for and payment clears. If payment is made by check, items will be held 7 days before shipment. You will pay them directly for shipping. 2) If you would like to secure an alternate quote, please contact The UPS Store # 5105 at (203) 772-4445 or (store5105@theupsstore.com) Attn: Manjit. You must notify us by email to release your items to UPS, and pay them directly. 3) You will automatically receive a PAYPAL invoice from Bidsquare for shipping by their shipper. THIS IS ONLY AN OPTION. IF YOU CHOOSE to use their shipping company, you will make payment directly to Bidsquare via PAYPAL. YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL AUTHORIZING RELEASE TO THEIR SHIPPER to info@newhavenauctions.com so that we can hold your items for pick up by their carrier which normally occurs bi-weekly. PICK UP: Items can be picked up in person at our facility BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact the gallery 24 hours in advance to arrange for pick up. Pick up can be scheduled for Monday through Friday 9am - 3pm. STORAGE FEES WILL BE ASSESSED:Purchased items that have not been picked up from our auction facility within 14 days of the auction will be stored at a rate of $5 per day per lot. CT sales tax of 6.35% will be charged for in person pick up unless buyer holds a valid resale certificate and has submitted a signed CT Sales and Use Tax Form prior to pick up. Sales to out of state buyers that are picked up by the buyer's representative will be charged Connecticut sales tax unless the representative is a licensed commercial shipper and provides a Bill of Lading at pick up. We recommend that potential buyers contact Village Express to receive a shipping estimate prior to bidding. The possible high cost of shipping does not absolve a buyer from following through with a purchase. If in house shipping is available, it will be noted one each individual lot.
