Semi-Baroque cultured Akoya pearl necklace with diamond clasp (2.8 carat center diamond). Gemologist inspected and appraised. Necklace contains a total of 44, 46, 50, and 51 graduated pearls that are strung so the clasp is worn to one side. Pearls range from 6.0 to 9.5 m. Necklace measures 16-3/8 knotted inches in length to 20-1/2 knotted inches in length inclusive of a diamond floral design plunger clasp. The setting tests mostly 14K (acid touchstone tested) with white gold with numerous repairs. The clasp centers one Old Mine cut diamond (measuring approx. 8.6 x 8.2 x 5.93mm) and is surrounded by eight smaller Old Mine cut diamonds (each measuring approx. 5.5 x 5.3 xz 3.7mm). Estimated center diamond weight 2.80 carats G.I.A. Provisional Quality grade color H. Clarity VS. Estimated total (8) diamonds weight 5.78 carats. Average Provisional G.I.A. Quality Grades Color H.
