Redware handled jar with lid. Manganese slip decoration with incised concentric wavy line detail. Vickers Pottery, Chester Country, Pennsylvania, circa 1835. H 8-1/2" D 9-1/4" Condition: Excellent. Lid knob reattached long ago with screw, bolt and glue. Chips to handles. Rim and base chips.
