Prior - Hamblin school portrait of a young lady. Oil on panel mounted to masonite. Panel size H 14-1/8" W 10-1/4". Frame size H 17-1/8" W 13" Inspected under UV light. No restoration noted. Two very small areas fluoresce but we believe it is varnish loss. Please see image under uv light.
