Pair of 19th century Maine folk art watercolors. Dated 1839. Original foil matting and gold leaf frames. Overall size H7-1/2", W 9-1/2". Sight opening size H6-3/8", W 8-3/4" Written on back, view of the Kenebec Clapps Cove Maine. Painted by Lucy C Bartlett New Haven May 13, 1839. Excellent condition. Provenance: Paul Scott Collection.
