Covers detached, along with title and prelims. Last signature with Appendix is loose. Spine off the book and in three sections, mostly present. Some brittleness and chipping to loose material. Ex-Lib: Hennepin County Medical Society Library. (Bookplate and raised seal). Plates are all in very good condition.
