Lot of 31 items relating to quarantine, reports of contagious diseases, 3 place cards for posting on houses with disease inside (Scarlet Fever, Measles), allowance for a dog (Brooklyn, 1884), 10 receipts for a "Night Scavenger" (privy cleaner), and 2 death certificates for the year 1898. Mostly from New York, but a few from CT, and one privy removal notice from Walkerville, Montana, 1895. Size: smallest is post card sized, largest is 8-1/2" x 11" Condition: All are in fine used condition. and housed in plastic 3-ring binder sheets.
