A large lot (27) of early 20th century cloth bound books covering all aspects of Freemasonry.  Includes: 5 volumes from the Masonic Service Association, National Masonic Library...New York: George H. Doran 1923 1924. Various printing states. All 8vo and bound in blue cloth. 9 volumes from the Masonic Service Association. Various titles. 1920's. Small 12mo, bound in dark blue cloth. Some note sheets loosely interleaved in a few volumes.  Masonry Defined. Edited by Lippincott and Johnston. Masonic Supply Co. Memphis, Tenn. Edition of 1930 (3 copies). Large 8vo. 508 pp. Bound in embossed and gilt cloth. aeg.   2 copies of Masonic Jurisprudence by Roscoe Pound. Editions of 1920 and 1941. 8vo. Blue cloth. 3 copies of Our Stations and Places by Henry G. Meacham. 1945 (Third Printing) and 2 from 1967 (one with binders defect-title and acknowledgement pages lacking). 8vo. Arrangement and costs of shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. 
New England Auctions does not ship or arrange shipping. 
All shipping is outsourced. All buyers and shippers must come prepared with appropriate packing materials and help for heavy items.  Our staff will not be available to help move heavy items. If payment is made by check, items will be held 7 business days before an item is released for shipping.   
Items can be picked up in person or by a shipper at 14 Business Park Drive - Unit 5, Branford, CT - BY CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact the gallery 24 hours in advance to make an appointment. Pickup can be scheduled for Monday through Friday between 9am - 3pm beginning the Monday after the date of the auction. Please note that all first-time buyers that wish to pick items up in person must pay with cash.

All purchases must be picked up from our location within 14 days, no exceptions. Purchased items that have been paid for but not picked up or shipped from our auction facility within 14 days of the auction will be stored at a rate of $10 per day per lot for furniture and larger items and $5 per day per lot for smaller items. A moving fee of $25 going into storage and $25 going out of storage will be added. Storage fees and late fees must be paid before items are released. There are no exceptions.

 


Items not picked up within 60 days of the auction date will be considered in default and become the property of New England Auctions.
