George Lopez, Cordova - Saint Francis. Carved wood. New Mexico, March 1962. Inscription on bottom reads, "George Lopez Wood Carver Cordova, New Mexico. Purchased in Santa Fe March, 1962." Condition: Excellent condition. The tail of bird on figure's shoulder was reattached and the right wing of the bird at his feet was reattached. Please see images. H 10" W 6" D 4-1/2".
