Rare and unique, sheet iron soldier weathervane on horseback mounted on the original birdhouse. Weathervane and birdhouse in 19th century paint. Birdhouse constructed of pine, zinc and glass. A fine collector grade weathervane. Both the weathervane and birdhouse were made together. No restoration. Ex Collection Bill Guthman. Overall H 36-3/4". Horse and soldier only H17-1/2" W 13".
