Checkerboard - Snake game. 19th century. Checkerboard with complex geometry. Red, green and mustard squares with a black thick border, encompassing red and green diamonds and squares with circle in the center. Snake game on reverse: black with white snake, numbered 1-10. Snake side of board circa 1920. Inspected under UV light. No restoration noted. Applied border with large square nails. 19-1/2 x 19-1/2.
