Carved elaborate lady's desk box with pierced and carved crest. . Mahogany with pine secondary. Forged nail and dovetail construction. Bolection molded drawer three from the bottom. Original turned feet and pulls. Interesting turned feet are undersized version of the drawer pulls. Probably English, circa 1830. Condition: Fine original condition. Original or very old finish.
