Spine age darkened and chipped. Soiling, edge folds,etc. Contents mostly clean and plates are very clear and clean. All 18 plates are present. 2. Nouveau Traite Elementaire D'Anatotomie Descriptive...Par A. Jamain...D'Un Precis D'Embryologie Par A. Verneeuil...Deuxieme Edition...avec 200 figures...Paris. 1861. 935 pp. H 6-3/4" W 5" D 2-1/4". 3/4 leather with decorative paper covers. Marbled end papers. Raised bands on spine with gilt title and author's name. Edges rubbed, Spine intact but with slight wear and scuffs. Front hinge starting to split (3") but holding well. Overall in very good condition.
